Please ensure you have spoken with your therapist before booking the Paperwork Request service, as this step is critical for us to fulfill your needs effectively. Our commitment is to support you with the necessary paperwork that enhances your therapeutic experience.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy (Therapy, Life Coaching, Mentoring): Due to limited availability, booked sessions are non-refundable. Please make sure you are available for this appointment at the time of booking. If you are late for your session, the remainder of the your time will be available. Booking Policy (Speaking Engagements): Events must be booked 30 days in advance. To cancel an event, please contact Shavon Warrick at 202-360-2400. Cancellations made with 15 days notice of the event will receive a 50% refund for the booking fee, plus a 100% refund for estimated travel time. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be refunded 100% for estimated travel time only. Thank you in advance for understanding!
